Postoffice Problem

One of my outlook 2000 users opened a virus file. I
cleaned the virus but now when I try to use internal e-
mail I get eiter a "Mail could not be delivered due to a
problem with the postoffice" or "The network connection
has been broken" message. Can anyone help get my
postoffice up and running again?
