Potential Operating issues with Office 2003 and 2007 Visio

Looking for input please.
I have a new install of Visio 2007 with exsiting MS Office P. 2003.
Should I upgrade my office 03 to illiminate ops. issues. And if answer is
yes, could I have the information to justify this cost please. My answer to
say "just because" isn't exceptable.
In advance.
