Many of us have been frustrated with Business Contact Manager and its random,
frequent crashes. Last night, I finally found something that worked. It
sounds simple, and I do not know if this will work for everyone, but it
certainly helped me.

TRY Reconnecting to your Business Contact Manager database from within
Outlook:

From the file menu at the top of your screen, click FILE... DATA FILE
MANAGEMENT... Highlight the database that keeps crashing or you cannot get
access to... Click SETTINGS... Click CONNECT... *In theory, this reconnects
to the
BCM database, and now mine is working again. For how long? Who knows, but
this is the first time I've been able to access my BCM contacts in a while.

I welcome your feedback...
