Potential spam

I keep receiving an email that is sent from myself which I am not doing that
says the following: Is this Spam? Any thoughts?

And what is the above? The body of the e-mail? If so, how are we going
to tell anything from that? The headers are what are needed to see who
sent what.

The above looks like a logfile that someone has deemed you receive
probably as a contact record in their mailing distribution list. If you
don't want that logfile, tell the sender to have them take you off their
mailing list or distribution group. If this is at work, could be you
don't get a choice because your workgroup is amongst those that have
been specified as receiving the above logfile.
