Power Point 2003 and embedded video problem

I am having a very strange problem with one of my clients.
The computer has a Power Point Presentation on it with embedded video.
It worked fine until I upgraded it from XP Home to XP Pro. (it needed
to be joined to a domain)

I am not sure how to handle this, he is a sales person who needs this
presentation.

I am about ready to re-load his PC but I would rather not.

Any Ideas??

I forgot to mention.

The file opens fine, then I select the video and I get an error pop up
that wants to know If I would like to send the info off to Microsoft.
