Power Point 2008 - Printing slides

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I am trying to print slides (6 to a page, black & white) of my power point
presentation and when I choose the Œscale to fit¹ and the other
specifications (color, etc.) it waits and waits and then I get an error
message asking me to send a report to Microsoft....I am not able to print at
all

Any ideas?

Thanks

Power Point 2008 - Printing slidesPeggy,

If it was me - i'd try and isolate the problem....

e.g. is it an individual powerpoint presentation?

or the 6 to a page, scale to fit

or printing in general.

To try and isolate the problem.

Create a new simple 6 slide presentation with a bit of text on each page..

1)
Print the 1st page - if that works
Print 6 to a page - if that works
Print 6 to a page B&W - if that works,
Print 6 to a page B&W scale to fit - if that works

2)
Open your original presentation
Print 6 to a page B&W scale to fit - if that DOES NOT work

it's probably something in your presentation (eg particular graphic or embedded content)

Try and isolate which slide is the problem.

If the first step of step 1 fails - then can you print using any other application (not powerpoint) ?

cheers
