I have a cycled PPT that is always running.

I want to add into a PPT presentation:

60 Days 10 hours 45 mins
Before Go LIVE!

Is there a excel routine or PowerPoint add-in that will perform this
function so that no matter where or when it will display a countdown that is
relatively correct.
