I have Windows and Office 2000. Both are updated. Getting an error in Power Point when I try to enlarge an organization chart that was sent to me - "Server application, source file or item can't be found or returned an unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application". I do not have Norton anti-virus software. I ran detect and repair in Power Point, but still having the problem. I also tried to reregister MS Graph, but get a message "This program can only run from within another program".
I do not have Msoprefs.232 and Msoclip.232 files on my PC. Do they need to be there, and if yes, how do I get there there? Thanks for any hel

You'd need to reregister Org Chart, not MS Graph.

Do you kow which version of PPT was used to create this presentation?

They are using Office XP. Just found out that the powerpoint file gets the chart from a flowchart software calle
micrografix flowchart. We do not have that software so I am sure that is why we couldn't make any changes to it. Would like to know if I need to have Msoprefs.232 and Msoclip.232 files on my PC. Do they need to be there, and if yes, how do I get there there? Thanks for your hel
