Power Point Help, PLEASE!!!!

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel None of my slides will advance in PP, no matter what I do. I have worked on this for weeks. The presentation is set to music, about 40 or so slides, want them to advance automatically and have set apply to all. Absolutely nothing works. Have read the forum; nothing is hidden and this is not a custom show. Thank you so much.

The music thing is a bit tricky. I believe this PPT FAQ entry was
written for Windows, but I am pretty sure some of the suggestions work
on Macs as well:
