Can someone tell me how to convert my interactive PPT file (Action
buttons) into an interactive PDF. All I can achieve is a multi-page
PDF with a page per PPT slide and no interactivity in the PDF??

Please offer detailed instructions.

Thank you very much for your help!

I don't know of any Mac solution to this problem. You'll probably have to
create a PDF as you've already done then add links using Acrobat to restore the
interactivity.

If you have access to a Windows box (or Virtual PC on the Mac) with PPT, we
have a commercial PPT addin that does all the lifting for you automatically.

There's a fully functional demo and more info at http://prep4pdf.pptools.com
