Power point Presenter View

In this view there is a lot of un-needed space at the bottom of the page if
you don't use notes, this could be used to say, start a music track quickly,
or to see the way the next slide would transition in.

In other programmes that i have used enable you to edit the slide while
being able to view at the same this. This would be really useful for my job
and really quick and simple to use. Something i really like with this view.

If using an extended desktop video output (which is needed for Presenter
View), simply uncheck the Presenter View option and set the presentation to
view on the secondary monitor. Now your local monitor will have the
presentation in edit mode - which can be edited while the slide is live.

I did that tonight, to see the difference and it is great, but at the same
time, you can not see your notes clearly as you can in the VIEW. and you
still cant see what the next animation will be easily. if that makes sense.
But yeah, really good suggestion and put it into very useful practise tonight.

Troy,
I'm tagging a new question onto the end of this one based on your answer to
Voiceofyouth.

My problem is just the opposite! For some reason, when I choose Show
Presenter View checkbox, I remain in edit mode and never get the Presenter
View. Any ideas why?

Thanks,
Elf
