Power point reader

I am trying to download the power point reader to revieve
notes from my professor. Everytime I try to download it,
i cannot, I just get a blank screen. I am sure it is
something set up with the security on my computer. Can
anyone help?? Thank you

Are you behind a firewall, or on a large network, have install privileges?

Do you get any error messages?

What Operating System are you using?
