Power Point Shapes and Comments

Hi,
I have some questions regarding PowerPoint VSTO add-ins. I have an add-in i
am writing that will insert shapes/images into a powerpoint document and with
each image, it adds a comment above the shape. This i can do fine.
however, i need to be able to "link" that comment with the shape so that if
the shape moves, the comment does also. Is this possible?
