Power Point toolbox (bullets)

I'm using powerpoint and suddenly in the toolbox, I've lost the "bullets and numbering" section. I can't get it under my "format" tab either (it's greyed out). I've tried restarting,but still can't access 'Bullets". Any suggestions???
