Power Point Trial Version

I have a new Gateway w/Vista Home Premium, and have installed the Office 2007
trial version. After making my first Power Point Presentation, I saved it
and now it will open on the Vista System, but won't open on any other system
of mine running XP w/Power Point Viewer. I was told that I needed to
compress the file but I can't find how to finalize or compress with the trial
version. I was trying to send my daughter a Happy Mother's Day Greeting with
it. Can it be because it is a trial version that it won't transfer to other
systems? Do I have to buy the Office 2007 program to be able to share these
trial version presentations?

Is it just because you don't have the latest version of the Powerpoint viewer
(for 2007) on the other machine?

Thanks a bunch for your help. I didn't realize that I had a newer version
that was causing the problem. I installed both the PPV2007 and the Converter
update on my Older system and everything opened up normally.

This might help:

Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007
File Formats
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...70-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en

It allows older versions of microsoft office to open 2007 files.
