-- I have a Dell Inspirion I6400, Intel ® CPU, T2400 @ 1.83 GHz,
987 Mhz, 1.99GB of RAM
When in Power Point, when I add a video to the presentation, Insert Movies
and sounds, from file……everything downloads fine. While in the presentation
mode, when I get to the video slide, the whole presentation turns a green
color and crashes. This has never happened before with my old Dell computer.
How can I rectify this problem? I want the videos to run from the
presentation. I don’t want to go to my videos file and run separately every
time I want to show a video. It breaks the flow of the presentation.
The videos play fine on their own, so I feel it is not the video card. They
open with Windows Media Player
I use Microsfoft Windows XP professional Version 2002, with Service Pack 2
PLEASE HELP!!!
