information to your question. Any error messages? Version of Windows?
Version and SP level of Office installed? Are you sure that you have PPT
viewer 2003 and not 2007?
And if you looked at the KB article you would have seen: "How to obtain help
and support for this security update For home users, no-charge support is
available by calling 1-866-PCSAFETY in the United States and Canada or by
contacting your local Microsoft subsidiary."
