power point viewer

I recieve the files through email of the microsoft power point, however when
i click the link only the back ground and pictures are shown there is no
text, how can i fix this?

A suggestion: have the sender output the file as a PDF, send
you the link, and then see how it looks on your end.

Without knowing more information, such as your PowerPoint
version number and operating system, it's hard to say more
right now about what the real reason for the problem is.
Anyone else have any ideas?
