Power Point Warning Message

When I try to hyperlink to one of my PDF files, I get a warning message "you could be opening an unsafe file..." This looks pretty unprofessional when it appears in the middle of a presentation. An old forum discussion (May 2008), leads me to believe that Microsoft is addressing the issue since removing this message from a presentation requires a change in the code. Has this been addressed yet by Microsoft?

I have the same problem and there is no way to deactivate that warning.

But there is a workaround:

Before you start your presentation, open the pdf file. Once inside the presentation, rather than clicking on the link, simply do "command-tab" and switch to Acrobat. No more warning :)
