Power Point/Web/Hyperlinks

I have a Power Point project that needs to change to a Web page and add 2 web
hyperlinks and one e-mail hyperlink. Do I change it to a Web page first then
add the hyperlinks, or do the hyperlinks before changing to a Web page. I've
tried adding the hyperlinks, but the hyperlink button won't come up in Power
Point View.
