Power Point won't run sound files from email

I am currently trialling the 2007 Beta version of Office. When opening a
..PPS file from an email, I receive this error message:

'Microsoft Power Point can't load Speech Recognition files. This feature is
not currently installed. Would you like to install it now?'

If I choose 'Yes' it asks for a disk which of course I don't have, seeing as
how I downloaded the Beta version from Microsoft. My husband runs a similar
system to myself - Windows XP and his works perfectly. Can anyone suggest a
fix?

Is your husband also using Office 2007 beta?
