Power Point

Hello,

When I get a Power Point attachment I can't open it just by double clicking. It freezes and I have to restart my laptop. However, if I save it to my desktop and then open Power Point and from there open the file, then it is ok. Any ideas how to avoid it freezing?

Thanks!

You will probably get a faster/better response to your questions about PowerPoint in the PowerPoint forum (this forum is for Word).

Also include details like what version of PowerPoint you are using and what version of operating system.

It is not safe to open "anything" by double-clicking. PowerPoint should not
let you do this, not even on a Mac.

But you need to ask the question in the PowerPoint group where the experts
are.
