Power Point

My computer came with Microsoft Office 2000. How do I
find out if it has Power Point? I downloaded both CD's,
but no power point. The certificate of authen. booklet
says it has power point. When I install, it only list
excel, word, outlook and publisher. Where's the power
point?

Beverly, Have you tried searching for it, using the search
option on the start menu? That should give you anything
w/ power point in the name and maybe it will find it or
the install file in a place you would have never thought
to look.

The standard version supplied with computers is the Small Business Edition
which contains, as you've said, Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher - if it
doesn't list PowerPoint as an installation option then it isn't included in
the suite you have. As Office 2000 has been superceded (twice) you can't
have bought the system new or you'd have been asking this question three
years ago. You must have the wrong COA if it lists PowerPoint. You have the
SBE.

Do you actually ever *READ* a post before replying?! The installation only
gave her the options she listed (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher - aka
SBE) - how can she install an application she hasn't purchased?! If the
application isn't on the discs how can she have installed it?!
