When i go to open a PowerPoint file, the view i get is always "preview". How
do i set it so that it will always open "list" (list all of my other Office
programs)? thank you.

suggest you post the question to a Powerpoint newsgroup. this newsgroup
answers questions about tables and database design in MS Access relational
database software.
