Power Pup Office assistant won't install. Says need OFF97. Have it!

Win98SE with Word97 and Excel 97. All updates done. Power
Pup exe file to set the "assistant" up appears on desktop.
When clicked, it states that I must install an Office97
program. Already have the two mentioned. What's up? Thx!!
