Power Toy for Outlook: what does "Navigate to selected item" do?

I can't seem to figure out what the "Navigate to selected item" button on the
Outlook Power Toy is supposed to do. Anyone know how to use it?

After you send an Outlook email to a page in OneNote, you can then use that
menu item to navigate to that page in OneNote. It's the manual analog to
the item in the Options dialog box "Bring OneNote to the foreground".
