Power Toys Not Working

Installed ON 2007 on a new computer, installed my favorite Power toys:
Table of Contents
Sort Pages
Search and Replace
Make a Subpage
Merge
Printout Manager
I have updated all the .Net installations from 1.1 to 3.5.
Ad-ons are enabled in Options.
Send to OneNote is working- in Outlook and elsewhere.
I cannot think of anything different than on the old machine. Both
WinXP and MS Office are up to date.
What did I miss?

In OneNote click options and then addins. Do you see the PowerToy addins
listed? Is the box below the addin window that says Disable all OneNote
addins by chance checked. If so uncheck it and restart OneNote and see if
this helps.
