I receive the following message below when opening
PowerPoint. I have already tried reinstalling Office and
the issue still continues. Anyone have a possible solution
to fix?

Jason,

If it was me I'd update my graphics card drivers to the latest version for
my operating system.
The 3dFX16v3.drv is a driver for your graphics card.
