PowerPoint 12.1.7 "About PowerPoint" no Chime

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have seen this bug all along. How does one put this in the Q to be fixed.
I have sound set to On, but when you do About Powerpoint, there is no cime like the others that "chimes" when the version info pops up.
I know it's a small thing..but with so many updates to version 12, I was hoping someone would log this and get it fixed.
