powerpoint 2003 and sevice pack 3

I have tried to download 2 products- service pack 3 and also powerpoint 2003,
but it won't complete. This is bacuse my computer keeps starting up on safe
mode, I wanted to know how to change it to normal mode? Would this let me
install and download these products as well as others? The reason is that my
computer does not contain powerpoint and I need it for work.

Hi, sammie,

Powerpoint is not a downloadable product. You must purchase it via a
computer seller.

The issue with your computer starting in Safe Mode may be an operating
system issue; if so, you'll want to post to a Windows newsgroup for the
appropriate version of Windows you are running. Is it starting in Safe Mode
every time you start it?
