Hello,
I have rolled out a beta (to a small group of users (5))
Office 2003 for beta testing in our enviroment. The
upgrade seems to have all sorts of nice features but we
have found one issue with the upgrade which is the
following:
Opening older versions of powerpoint presentations yeilds
error messages saying: "The file is empty" but when
opened on a system with Office 2000 or XP it opens with
out any issues.
Is there any known backwards compatability issues. Also
please note that it only happens on some of the files. We
are researching the differences between the files now if
we find any differences i will post that info as a
followup to this one... any help would be appreciated.
thanks
