Powerpoint 2003 bullets

Is there a way to change the bullets to use the same style as Word 2003?

The standard way Word does it is a large black bullet first, then the next
level is a large circle (black bullet not filled in), then the last level is
a small black square. It then starts over again.

In Powerpoint, it is a large black bullet, then a dash, then a small black
diamond (I actually like the diamond as opposed to the small black square as
the 3rd level).

I want to make them the same.

Thanks,

Tom.

In PowerPoint, the default bullets depend entirely upon the Template that
you choose to build your presentation upon.

To change the bullets within a presentation is the same as changing them
within MS Word:
1.) Select the text
2.) Right-click the selected text
3.) In the drop-down list, Left-click "Bullets and Numbering"
4.) Ensure that the "Bulleted" tab is selected
5.) Choose your preferred bullet
- or -
Choose "Customized" or "Picture" for alternative "bullets"

Hope that helps,

steve

That does it if I want to do this for each item. But is there a way to set
up a default. I would like set both up to use the same default bullets.

Thanks,

Tom.

Hi Thomas,

You can use File=>Save As and save as a Powerpoint Template (POT)
The defaults Powerpoint uses can be stored in one named
Blank.POT
In Powerpoint 2003 help search on 'Default Bullet'.
