Powerpoint 2003: CTRL-C & CTRL-X strange behavior!!

L

Hi all,

within a Powerpoint document I observe a strange behavior with the
shortcuts.

If I mark a text and I want to copy it pressing CTRL-C the text block
will be cutted and not copyed! CTRL-X has no function (I hear only a
sound). CTRL-V will also cut the text and the Delete key has also no
functions.

Using the Context Menu (right click) or thed Edit Menu for copy, past
or cut works fine.

I have re-installed Office 2003, deleted my *.PCB and all *.PPA Files,
installed all the patches and Service Pack 2, but the error occure
always.

OS: Windows XP Pro, all patches and service pack 2.

This behavior appear only in Powerpoint. No problems in Word, Excel or
Outlook!

Anyone that have good idea or a solution for my problem?

Many thanks in advance.

Leevy
