PowerPoint 2003 - text colors

I am encountering a unique issue: the color of the text on my slide is not
displaying correctly in the work area, but shows correctly in the thumbnails
on the side. To explain a bit further, my text in the work area is supposed
to be red and I've verified it as set to red, but visually it shows up as
blue. That said, the thumnails on the left do correctly show the text as
red....

Is the text a hyperlink? Hyperlinks override some of the formatting. If it
is, you can adjust the color scheme for the hyperlink color.

One of the areas that isn't the right color is a hyperlink, yes. The other
is just regular text. Oddly, when we save this file and open it on another
system running PowerPoint 2003.....everything is absolutely perfect - no
issues at all.
