I have a big problem. Powerpoint will at any point in time after seconds, minutes, or hours just crash. No error report just crash. I have observed there is a greater likelihood of this happening when there are lots of either and/or embedded charts using chart or charts pasted in from excel. If I make them all objects the likelihood decreases.
I am running a decent machine and think 4gig ram should run powerpoint fine.
Therefore, I conclude it is product based - but what to do about it. Basically it means saving after every change which is somewhat frustrating.
I am sure I am not the only one but couldn't find anything on the forum about this kind of general problem.
Any help would be great!
Thanks
GN
p.s. I have all the patches installed and this happened in leopard and tiger
