Good morning, I'm having a font spacing problem using Powerpoint 2004 on Mac
OS 10.3.4. Text areas with Arial 9 or 10 point text look fine on screen but
aren't printed right... Every several words there will be 2-3 characters
that get kinda clumped together instead of being spaced normally.
I've tried using different versions of Arial that came with different
versions of Mac OS and Office, but I got the same result every time. I used
several network printers (HP 8100, HP 4600, Toshiba DP6570) and printed to
PDF using Acrobat 6, again with the same result everytime.
Mac-PC portability is very important in the powerpoint documents we make, so
changing fonts isn't really possible (unless Powerpoint 2004 finally
supports font embedding?)
....any ideas? A solution would be very much appreciated, thanks.
