I lost the Powerpoint menu in the print dialog when I upgraded to
Powerpoint 2004 for Mac. I cannot fit my printouts to larger page
sizes anymore. Scaling to smaller paper sizes is no problem as a
dialog box asking me to do so automatically appears in these cases.
Anyone else experience this?
