Powerpoint 2007 error on closing

Hi, when I close powerpoint by file, close, or click the red x it comes back
with the error message " Powerpoint incoutered and error and needs to close."
with a check box to restart powerpoint already checked. It doesn't tell me
what the error is and I'm the one who closed the program. Can someone tell me
how I can get it to close properly? Thanks

This is very often a printer driver issue, believe it or not.

Larry,
I have the same problem, but not every time. I'm trying to check to see if
it's happening only when I open a PPT file when accessing an email attachment
online rather than downloading the emails to my computer and then opening
from outlook. But now the files which gave me that message earlier this AM
seem to be closing just fine. Have you had the problem on ppt files already
saved to your computer?
