PowerPoint 2007 Outline and former toolbar

I use the outline view a great deal. It appears the outlin toolbar was not
carried over to a ribbon or tab. The buttons from the toolbar I have located
in the commands not on the Quick Access Toolbar via PowerPoint Options.

Does anyone know if they are located somewhere else that I can add a tab to
a ribbon?
