Powerpoint 2007 Templates

I tried to install some templates for Powerpoint 2007 like "presentation for
science fair project" but it didn't work. I click in download, the Powerpoint
opens and nothing happens. Can anyone help me? Or can anyone send me by email
these new templates by email?
