Answer required urgently

My custom animation toolbar disappeared when I was editing one file. Now I
can't view custom animation anymore when I clicked on that. Even if I try to
open new ppt file it looks the same. Can help?

Hello,
Are you saying that when you click on the animation tab in the ribbon
nothing is happening or appearing? Or are you referring to the custom
animation task pane?
