PowerPoint add-in doesn't work when another add-in is previously installed

Hi

I have developed a PowerPoint add-in which works fine by itself.
However, when another PowerPoint add-in has already been installed on
the user's computer, my add-in will install but will not work
properly. The menu will appear but it is inoperable.

Any suggestions?
