Powerpoint add in for 2007??

Hi all

On the MS site, there is an add in that allows one to export stuff to
Powerpoint for better reporting tools. I tried installing this with Project
2007 and it did'nt work.

I would really just like to create some graphs in a simple manner for our
sponsor. Can anyone point me to any free useful add-ons / macro's?

Hello Dharmy,

Look on the Analysis toolbar and use the Copy Picture to Office
button to take a screen shot and follow the prompts.

Have you tried the copy picture wizard on the standard toobar in MS Project?
It is an icon that looks like a camera. You can copy a picture of a portin
of your shcedule and paste tit to another application via the clipboard, or,
save it as a graphic imag.

Some other options are a product called Snagit, it is a screen capture tool.

Another more robust option is a companion product called Kidasa Milestones
Professional 2008 (www.kidasa.com). It makes beautiful eye candy charts from
Project files and exports to PowerPoint, HTML, and graphics. However, it is
a stand alone program which is probably more robust than you need.
