I found the same info on Google.
There is nothing in Add/Remove Pgms for OfficeReady.
I've totally rebuilt my system at least two times in the past three years
and during those rebuilds I did not install OfficeReady thus I assume that I
installed it prior to one of those builds and it was a carry over from the
settings I transfered to the new build. I've used the transfer settings
function for several years to pick up al of my custom stuff. The downside is
that some of the stuff I've tested is included in the transfer but not
actually installed. Office 2003 did not flag these things but Office 2007
does but Office 2007 does not make it easy to remove what is now junk but it
does complain about it.
Later as time permits I may install a trial of OfficeReady (current version)
and then uninstall it. Possibly this will clean up the issue if not I'll try
to contact the OfficeReady support.

I have no idea. I don't know what "OfficeReady" is.
I googled OfficeReady 3.0 and found this:
http://www.download.com/OfficeReady-Professional/3000-2064_4-10188410.html
I'd probably contact the add-in publishers.
You might look in Windows Control Panel and see if you can uninstall this in
the Add-Remove Programs section.

After upgrading from Office 2003 to Office 2007 I see the popup twice.
When I
go to the Add-in as you suggest I see four groups and suspect that I
should
focus on the "Inactive Applications Add-in" section. Here I see three
entries
that have nothing in the "Location" column. (JWPACK2, OfficeReady 3.0 and
OfficeReady 3.0 Start). I've removed the Add-ins and now I only see one
popup
telling me that the addin could not be loaded.
I just again checked the Add-ins and still see the two OfficeReady add-ins
are still there and attempts to remove them fail. How do I remove them?
