PowerPoint "Custom Show" Page Numbering

Hi,

I have several PowerPoint "Custom Shows" for my PowerPoint Presentation
(with the custom shows take a subset of the whole PowerPoint presentation's
pages).

If I enable Page Numbering, then I get the "whole presentation" page
numbers. For example is my "whole presentation" has pages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5,
and my "custom show 1" has the pages 1 and 5 (of the "whole presentation"),
then my "custom show 1" page numbers show 1 and 5.

I would like the Custom Show page numbers to be the sequential numbers: For
the above example, I would like the page numbers to be "1" and "2".

Do you know of a way to do this?

Unfortunately I don't think this is possible.
