Is there a way to display two presentations side by side in separate
windows?

Thanks for responding Michael. I would like to be to edit such as cut and
paste from one to the other.

Open up both presentations then Click on View, then Arrange All. this will
allow you to cut and past from one to the other. always a good idea to
identify the version of PowerPoint your using.
