PowerPoint does not load my addin-Urgent please

Hi,

I have modified registry settings on my PC to install my add-in.
In my add-in I have also added code under AUTO_OPEN.

When I start PowerPoint, this addin is listed in Tools-->Addins. If I load
this addin the AUTO_OPEN code does not run.

However if I manually load this addin by choosing Add New, the add in is
loaded and the code also executes.

I followed http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00469.htm to add an addin using registry.

Please let me know what am I missing here.
