PowerPoint Dual Monitor

I'm trying to use the dual monitor capability on my apple with Powrpoint to
show my presentation on a projector and show my notes on my laptop. But,
it seems that you can only change one view or the other. So, as your
presentation goes on, you can only see your first slide with notes. Is there a
way around this to make the note view follow the slideshow? If not, why is
this feature even included?

Yes, that's a known issue. Microsoft MVP Chirag Dalal has developed the
SyncViews add-in that is designed to work around this problem. You can
