PowerPoint file will no longer open.

I've been working on a project that consists of a single slide and multiple
userforms. I have had no previous issues with PowerPoint or the file I have
been working with for the past month or so. Recently, I have been unable to
open the file at all. If I right-click on the file in its folder... my
computer freezes. If I double-click on the file to open it... PowerPoint
freezes. Is there anything I can do to get my presentation working again?
