PowerPoint for OS Leopard

S

skmgriffin

Can open and edit PowerPoint file on Mac, but when I go to print, the print preview only shows white, blank box...and slides do not print...they come out white/blank. ?? Printer works fine in Word and other programs...

Mac is new.

Thoughts?

I am having exactly the same problem. I have just upgraded my operating
system to Mac OS Leopard and I don't know if this has anything to do with the
issue. Sadly I didn't try to print from Powerpoint before I upgraded as my
Mac is also new and the Leopard OS was bundled in.

I also can print fine from the other Office software.

Please help!

Hi,

My first thought would be to visit the web site of the manufacturer of your
printer. Download and install the latest printer driver.
